What Does “Top 3 Google Indexing Tools You Should Be Using in 2025” Talk About?

This episode of the James Dooley Podcast features James Dooley and Kasra Dash discussing the most effective tools and strategies for getting URLs indexed quickly in Google Search. The conversation covers the distinction between free indexing methods, such as Google Search Console for owned pages, and paid tools used for external backlinks, guest posts, press releases, and third-party mentions. James shares his top three recommended paid indexing tools: Indexal, Backlink Indexing Tool, and Giga Indexer, explaining what sets them apart from legacy tools like Speedy Index, Indexification, and various Telegram bots.

Kasra Dash provides a hands-on walkthrough of how indexing works in practice, using Indexal as his preferred tool due to its convenient Chrome extension. He explains the process of validating a URL by checking for a status 200 response, placing an indexing order, and resubmitting URLs after updates to prompt Google to recrawl the page. James further explains that Indexal pings URLs multiple times over up to five days, exposing them to different Googlebot instances to maximize the chance of successful indexation. The episode also highlights that these tools submit to Bingbot in addition to Googlebot, which is increasingly relevant given platforms like ChatGPT that rely on Bing's index.

“They do not just submit to Googlebot. They also submit to Bingbot, which matters for platforms like ChatGPT. They use multiple submission methods, including job listing systems and Google News systems, which speeds up crawling significantly.”

This episode of the James Dooley Podcast features James Dooley and Kasra Dash explaining how to get URLs indexed faster in Google Search, because crawl speed and indexation directly affect visibility, rankings, and SEO performance.
James Dooley breaks down the difference between free indexing methods and paid indexing tools, because site owners need different solutions for owned pages, backlinks, and third party mentions. He explains why tools such as Indexal, Backlink Indexing Tool, and Giga Indexer outperform legacy indexers, because they submit URLs using multiple discovery methods and target both Googlebot and Bingbot.
Kasra Dash demonstrates how indexing works in practice, because understanding validation, crawl status, and resubmission helps maintain fresh and authoritative search signals. The episode focuses on practical indexing strategy, because consistent crawling improves backlink value and long term search performance.

James Dooley: Hi. Today I am joined with Kasra, and we are talking about the best indexing tools to get URLs indexed fast in Google Search. Kasra Dash: There are several ways to do this. Some methods are free. If you have owner access to your website, you can use Google Search Console and submit URLs directly. There are also paid tools. We usually use paid tools for backlinks and external mentions that point to our websites. James Dooley: For me, the best indexing tools are ones I have invested heavily into. I would not invest unless I believed they were the strongest options available. At number one, I use Indexal. At number two, Backlink Indexing Tool. At number three, Giga Indexer. James Dooley: These work differently from tools like Amigga Indexer, Index Me Now, Speedy Index, the Telegram bots, Speed Links, and Indexification. They do not just submit to Googlebot. They also submit to Bingbot, which matters for platforms like ChatGPT. They use multiple submission methods, including job listing systems and Google News systems, which speeds up crawling significantly. James Dooley: It is important to index all backlinks, including guest posts, press releases, and citations. You have used all three tools. Do you have a preference between Indexal, Giga Indexer, or Backlink Indexing Tool? Kasra Dash: I tend to use Indexal because of the Chrome extension. It makes indexing very easy on the fly. I will explain how I index URLs on my own website. Kasra Dash: If the URL is on your own site, you can use Google Search Console, pull up the page, and request indexing. However, if it is an external page, such as a profile page like an IMDb profile, you cannot submit that through Search Console. Kasra Dash: In that case, I go to Indexal, paste the URL, and click validate. After a few seconds, it confirms a status code 200, which means the page can be crawled. You can choose options like drip feeding if you are submitting many URLs, but I usually keep it standard. I then place the order. Kasra Dash: This triggers Google to crawl and index the page. If I make changes later, such as updating images or editing a bio, I resubmit the URL to encourage Google to recrawl it. This reinforces that both your website and your backlinks matter. James Dooley: We have added many extra features to Indexal to make it as strong as possible. Inside the order process, users can see which Google IP crawled the URL. Indexing is guaranteed, so if a URL does not index, no credits are used and a full refund is applied. James Dooley: Orders take up to five days because the system may ping the URL multiple times. This increases the chances of different Googlebots crawling the page and improves the likelihood of indexation in Google Search. Kasra Dash: That wraps up our video on how to index URLs.
