What Does “Indexceptional Review: Why Carlton of Searcharoo Rates It the Best Google Indexing Tool for SEO” Talk About?
This episode of the James Dooley Podcast features a conversation between host James Dooley and Carlton, the founder of Searcharoo, a link building agency. The episode centers on Carlton's hands-on experience using Indexceptional, a Google indexing tool, and why he awarded it a five-star rating on both Trustpilot and Google Business Profiles. Carlton explains how the tool has been revamped to offer a far more intuitive user interface while maintaining strong indexing performance, often delivering results within a few hours of submission.
The discussion covers practical use cases for Indexceptional, including indexing syndicated press release backlinks, social media posts such as tweets and Facebook statuses, and ensuring that Google bots fully crawl large articles beyond just their top-level content. Carlton also addresses the concept of link rot, explaining how re-submitting already-indexed URLs can prompt Google to return and recrawl those pages more thoroughly. James and Carlton also explore the broader strategic importance of indexing in the context of AI and LLM visibility, discussing how flooding the web with consistently indexed, on-message content helps build what Carlton describes as a confidence score for a brand or entity in the eyes of large language models.
“I would use an indexer just to have time because there's uh, you know, if you're just sat waiting, it might be a decent website, it might get indexed, but if you look the amount of content that's being published online nowadays, especially cuz of the rise of AI, like you need to be trying to say to Google, Look at this damn page. I want this indexed.”

What Are Listeners Saying About This Episode?
“Really useful episode. Carlton's point about submitting all 350 press release syndication URLs into Indexceptional and running a script to check crawlability first is exactly the kind of workflow detail you rarely hear discussed openly. Changed how I approach press release campaigns.”
“The explanation of consensus and confidence scores for LLMs was the highlight for me. I had a vague sense that repeating brand signals mattered for AI search but Carlton explained the mechanism clearly and connected it directly to why fast indexing is so important now.”
“Short, sharp and genuinely informative. I had no idea you could re-submit already indexed pages to prompt a deeper recrawl and tackle link rot. Going to test this on some older affiliate pages this week. Good stuff from both James and Carlton.”

Indexceptional Review: Why Carlton of Searcharoo Rates It the Best Google Indexing Tool for SEO is available on:
James Dooley: Indexational review. Today I'm joined with Carlton, the founder of Searcharoo, does a hell of a lot of link building. And what's your thoughts then on indexational.com?
Carlton: So, previously it was meh, but now since they revamped the whole thing, honestly it's probably one of the best indexers out there. Now, the results have always been great on an indexing point of view, but I just think the user interface wasn't the most intuitive, but they've took like the feedback on board I think from quite a few customers and they've sort of revamped the whole system. And it's now by far I would say one of the best indexers I've ever used.
James Dooley: So, with regards to indexing then as a link builder and stuff like that and you own quite a lot of affiliate sites, lead generation websites and stuff like that. What are you using the indexing for from indexational.com?
Carlton: Yeah, so primarily you know, if you're doing tweets, if you're doing um Facebook statuses, group statuses, things like this, you can shove all of that into the indexer and it will typically index it usually within 24 hours. It's usually within a few hours of me being honest like sometimes I laugh cuz I go and have a make a cup of coffee and come back and all of a sudden all the all of the links are indexed. So, it's a pretty good in that sense. Um and yeah, just to help I don't know, just to help feed Google essentially, you know, pick up the links, make sure the links are indexed and often I'll then see movement in the rankings a lot quicker.
James Dooley: So, with regards to that, if let's say you went and did a press release from Searcharoo, would you be trying to grab all of all of the 350 kind of backlinks of what it kind of syndicates out to and loading all 350 into trying to index by Indexational?
Carlton: Yeah, so I would often probably run a script which would tell us whether or not it's actually indexable in the first place cuz obviously some of the press release websites might not be indexable. Um if that is the case, I'm also pretty sure the um indexer the Chrome extension will actually tell you whether or not it is crawlable. Um, which is a a big saver in that sense. Um, and then all you do is yeah, put put them in, hit submit, and the whole reason for that is you want to flood, you know, especially with AI nowadays, you want to flood the whole narrative with, you know, the press releasing about your brand and stuff like that.
James Dooley: When you're talking about that about flooding it and getting it indexed within Google search, tell people the importance of consensus. So, trying to have that repeated message being done for LLM visibility and why using a tool like Indexer can actually help get it indexed, but what's the benefits of consensus?
Carlton: Yeah, so it's almost to be imagined like almost a confidence score. So, it needs to understand an LLM will understand or begin to understand what an entity is based off how many documents there are mentioning this that attribute of this entity. So, it in terms of consensus, you want to be building as many articles as possible saying the same things about your entity and attributes of the the brand or the person, um, you know, reviews, testimonials, um, we're we're going into listicles, versus articles, etc. Just anything that demonstrates, um, the quality of the brand that you have. And you need to be doing it everywhere, shouting from the rooftops.
James Dooley: Yes, with regards to that then on Indexer, I've looked online, um, you've a five-star review on Trustpilot. You give it a five-star review on Google Business Profiles. So, what what is it that makes it that it's got a five-star rating at Indexer, and why I think on one of the reviews of what you did, you said it's the best Google indexing tool there is on the marketplace at present.
Carlton: What I like the most about it is you submit the the list of URLs, you hit go, usually within, like I said, within, you know, a couple of hours it's done. If not, it'll actually just be indexed anyway. So, it's it's like a no-brainer. Why why wouldn't you use it? Because
James Dooley: Yeah, and then one last question. What was interesting on one of the five-star reviews on Trustpilot, I think it was, you spoke about link rot, and you were saying that there's some existing URLs and web pages that you load into indexceptional.com that are already indexed, and you do it cuz you want Google bots to come back to it. So, I don't know whether like you're doing freshness of content and getting it to recrawl it, or whether you just want a Google bot to come back to try and remove any link rot that might be on old links that might be on there.
Carlton: Yeah, so sometimes, you know, it's the Google bot might have just done the first crawl and just indexed, you know, the top level of the page, and I want maybe if it's a huge article, I want it to index the whole article. So, sometimes I will run multiple time like multiple times through Indexceptional just to try and increase the amount of visibility that the the Google bot actually crawled.
James Dooley: Yeah, so as a Indexceptional testimonial, what final words have you got to say with regards to five-star rating and what would you give it?
Carlton: I would say give it a go. It's one of the best indexing tools I've used on the planet. Um, it's by far better than I'll not name competitors, but it's by far one of the best in the marketplace. Um, yeah, give it
James Dooley: And what would you say to anyone who's not actually using any indexer at present? What's the importance of using Indexceptional as being an indexer that should be being done for backlinks, or it could be you've mentioned social media posts, stuff like that. Why should someone be using an indexer in the first place?
Carlton: I would use an indexer just to have time because there's uh, you know, if you're just sat waiting, it might be a decent website, it might get indexed, but if you look the amount of content that's being published online nowadays, especially cuz of the rise of AI, like you need to be trying to say to Google, "Look at this damn page. I want this indexed.
James Dooley: Yeah.
Carlton: Um and that's why you'd use Index optional.
James Dooley: Yeah. Right. Thank you very much for giving the five-star rating for Index optional review. Um thank you very much, Kyle.
Carlton: Yeah. Always, mate.
