The number one way we index URLs fast in our industry and within the agency is by using Indexional. James Dooley: I invested in the tool and the brand last year because Google now has a major scaling problem. AI has massively increased the number of articles, URLs, images, videos, press releases, and guest posts that Google needs to crawl and index. It is critical to trigger Googlebot to crawl these assets quickly, and Indexional does that very fast. Kasra Dash: There are several ways to index URLs quickly. I will walk through a few methods. If you want to index your own website, the free method is Google Search Console. You paste the URL at the top and request indexing. That takes a few seconds and prompts Googlebot to crawl the page. Kasra Dash: The limitation with this method is that it only works if you are the site owner. If you are trying to index backlinks on third party websites, this approach does not work. James Dooley: That is exactly the issue. Google Search Console is a solid free option for your own site, but you do not have access to Search Console for third party websites. I tested many indexing tools last year, including Index Me Now and Amigga Indexer. None of them delivered fast Googlebot crawls or strong enough indexation rates.
