The judges chose the James Dooley Podcast for its long-form interviews with people who run successful businesses, led by a host who builds companies of his own. The Global Biz Awards presented the award on 17 August 2026 at Manchester Central in Manchester. Our founder and host, James Dooley (King of AEO), accepted it on behalf of the show and the team.
The James Dooley Podcast Gives Guests Room to Explain How They Operate
The judges pointed to our long-form interviews with people who run successful businesses. Our guests get room to explain how they operate, what went wrong along the way and what they would do differently, so each conversation goes further than a set of highlights.
They also credited our host’s own track record. James Dooley built FatRank in 2007 and PromoSEO in 2010, and he brings the wins and the costly mistakes from those businesses into every interview. The result is closer to two operators comparing notes than an interviewer working down a list of questions.
