Why “Define Your Entity” is the Best Google Knowledge Panel Service? (James Dooley Interviews Kasra Dash) is available on:

James Dooley: Why DefineYourEntity.com is the best Google Knowledge Panel service there is on the planet. Today, I'm joined with Kasra Dash, who's one of the co-founders of Define Your Entity. So, Kasra, let's jump straight in. Why do you genuinely believe that DefineYourEntity.com is the best Google Knowledge Panel provider that there is?

Kasra Dash: So, first of all, I, I, I want to make it very obvious that both myself and James have a Knowledge Panel. So, if you search James Dooley or if you search Kasra Dash, you will see our Knowledge Panel. Um, I think I've had mine for about four years now. I, I, I think it's since 2023 I've had mine. I'm one of the first SEOs, I, I would like to think, um, give or take. James, you've had yours for quite a while as well. Um, and I think we've spent so many hours in the trenches of, like, what needs doing, the profiles that you, that you need to set up, the, the, how you structure the bios, what's actually needed, the checklist. Um, and I think at the end of it, I... Both of us, we came to the conclusion and we said, I, I hope we never need to do this again. And we've ended up building a brand on defining your entity. Um, so, the reasons why we have set this brand up is, first of all, we know exactly what's needed, um, to actually define your entity and get that Knowledge Panel and claim it. Um, second of which, we actually needed this for our own, um, brands that we also invest in as well. So, if we can't get it to work for our own brands, we would have never have launched it for the public to actually use. So, that, that's... That's what I would consider as being the, the two biggest things for me as to why we've set up and why it's the best service.

James Dooley: Yeah, for sure. I mean, we've practised what we preach. We've got the Knowledge Panels, they're there already. Um, it... It took a lot of pain for me to get that Knowledge Panel. Um, and now I'm investing in other companies and I, I want these other business partners and business owners and entrepreneurs, I want them to have a Google Knowledge Panel because it's so, so important to have. I'm like, I've actually gone through all the pain. So all I need to do now is systematise and process it. But then the big one for me was when Paul David Truscott came, even though I already had my Google Knowledge Panel, and said that I'm missing 32 points on the checklist. And I'm like, I don't even know what you mean. He's like, you're missing 32 points. And then he showed me the Knowledge Graph visualisation and I'm like, oh my God, Paul, you're taking this onto another level. I've created it. And he's like, you might be able to create it, but you want to build the confidence and clarity to make certain that you're always showing up. Not only that, you're showing up within other people's Knowledge Panels, on the People also search for. And I'm like, I've never thought about that. And then what you then start to realise is when you start showing up within other people's Knowledge Panels, your branded search and clicks start going up. So your whole entity home starts to lift up and you start going, wow, this is actual branding now. And then you start to realise how many benefits that come from having a Google Knowledge Panel. So for me, the reason why I think that Define Your Entity is the best Google Knowledge Panel provider on the planet is because, one, we've learned the hard way. I'm very close friends with Koray. Koray, semantically, is unbelievable when it comes to connecting nodes and edges, connecting entities together with semantic triples, creating semantic content networks. I've worked closely with Jason Barnard from Kalicube. Kalicube is a great tool that understands the Knowledge Graph. It has a KGMID score within Kalicube that you can be using, or you can just be using Google's Knowledge Graph machine scoring system, the API, which we've got direct access to. I've spoke quite a lot at length with people like Dennis Yu, who's an absolute legend at helping and growing businesses and improving their Knowledge Panels and improving them as entrepreneurs, with regards to the business owners being taken to another level. But my problem was the time it was taking for a lot of people when I was trying to go online to buy someone to get me a Google Knowledge Panel. Dennis Yu's and the Jason Barnards of the world, they was busy. They was busy already with the existing clients. So then when I looked elsewhere, it was taking them 12 months. And 12 months is too long to create a Knowledge Panel. And the only... That is when I wanted to then get a premium service, it was costing me £40,000 to £50,000 for a Knowledge Panel. And I'm like, "I'm not paying that because I know how much it costs to generate." And we're now able to create a service that's nearly half that price. So instead of £40,000 to £50,000 for a Google Knowledge Panel, we can be 50% off that price. So knowing that, it was like, "We're faster and we can do it cheaper than what some of these premium resellers are doing it for." And I'm not having this. We need the system ourselves. We need the SOPs ourselves. And then more and more people kept coming to me going, "James, you keep talking about building confidence and clarity. I want a Knowledge Panel." And I'm like, "Well, I'm not your VA. I'm not going to do it for you." And it's just like, "No chance. I'm not going to sit there and do it." And then obviously then when Paul had the checklist, 125-point checklist that's so thorough. And Peter Victor Jones, who's the other co-founder, is just brilliant when it comes to autonomous AI agents, being able to connect all the dots, have everything being, like, in the sequence of what needs to be being done, being able to chase the client up for the brand single source of truth, defining everything of who they are, what they do, and why they're brilliant. And we could systematise this in all the places. That, for me, is why DefineYourEntity.com is the best Google Knowledge Panel service provider that there is on the planet. Is there anything there that you think I've missed, Kasra, that you think Define Your Entity is also that to not just create, but maybe talk a little bit about how, how advanced Paul David Truscott is, that this isn't just also for the creation of a Google Knowledge Panel, how he can improve existing ones to take them onto the next level. Some might have a KGMID, but not be showing for their name an actual Google Knowledge Panel.

Kasra Dash: Yeah, so couple... Couple things to, to add to what James has just said. Obviously, you can get a Knowledge Panel and it might take you six, 12 months if you were going to do it yourself, but it's also attaching your Knowledge Panel to certain entities and certain categories. So, for example, James' Knowledge Panel, his Knowledge Panel is associated to, like, other entrepreneurs, some SEOs. Mine is more tailored towards SEOs and stuff like that. So, it's attaching your entity and your Knowledge Panel to other known reference points, and that's what Paul's really good at. Another thing as well is, like, if... When you go to, like, buy certain services, like other services online when it comes to Knowledge Panels, and I'm, I'm sure you've seen this yourself, James. Usually, the service provider that you're going with wants to start from scratch. But we, we actually know... Like, we can take a look at your Knowledge Panel and see, okay, they've done maybe 20 things out of the 125. Let's start from point 20 and get them to point 125. Or maybe you've actually done a lot of work and maybe you're at point 80. You've done 80 points and there's maybe 45 points that are, like, missing out. And there's no other service that I know of that, that can kind of, like, go and build the extension of what's actually missing on top of what you've already got. A lot of people just say, right, this is our set fee, 40 grand. Doesn't matter if you've already done, let's say, points one to 60 or points one to five. They just charge a flat-out 40, 50 grand fee, whereas we actually take a look and we're like, right, okay, we can work with this.

James Dooley: Yeah, for sure. I mean, what I love about it is we've just systematised it. We've, we've, we've just literally broken it down into micro steps and says, "These are the next, like, 12 points that you need to do." Right, you've done the next 12. Right, these are the next 12 points that you need to do. We don't overcomplicate it. We know exactly what's needed to build that confidence and clarity. We know exactly the profiles that are needed. We know exactly once we've got the brand SSOT of who they are, we know what bios that they need to write. The bios become important on the Twitter profiles, the LinkedIn profiles for who they want to be known for. Or if they're doing a Google Books, if they've got a Goodreads, if they've got a Crunchbase. We know the bios of what's needed. We know the length of the bios of what's needed. And all that semantically on the web wrapped within the sameAs schema on the entity home. You're gluing it all together. You're boxing it all up to go. There you are. This is who I am. This is my entity panel. There's no disambiguation being seen. It's confidence and clarity. They know exactly who you are. And at that point, you've built that trust. And that's why DefineYourEntity.com is the best Google Knowledge Panel provider there is in the world, bar none. Anyone who's listening to this, leave a comment. If you disagree, tell me who you think's better. If you've been on Fiverr, if you've been on Legiit, you might have had your Wikidata been deleted and you might be moaning about it. Yes, I've heard it happen a lot of times. Leave a comment in the comment section. DefineYourEntity.com is the Knowledge Panel provider that you need. And that's why I'm throwing it out there that DefineYourEntity.com is the best Google Knowledge Panel service provider in the world, bar none. If you disagree, leave a comment. Let me know who's better and then we'll compare side by side. We'll compare costs. We'll compare timelines. We'll put them side by side and we'll run a competition. I'd love for someone to come along to try to say that they've got this 125-point checklist because I've not seen it anywhere on the planet. Kasra, it's been an absolute pleasure.
